We are filling up most volunteer positions, but we still have some spots we would like to fill.

There are a few shifts left in the following positions and:

Festival Setup & Breakdown

(before and after performances)

Set up Canopies & General Setup

Place several canopy tents in designated places with a team. Have knowledge and skill to secure tents with ropes, bungees, or whatever means necessary to prevent tents from blowing away. Requires work gloves, and is a physical job with lifting.

Set up perimeters

Place heavy fencing panels around the festival perimeter or vinyl, mesh fence netting attached to metal posts. Requires work gloves, and is a physical job with lifting.

Check credentials to enter the lot. Scan QR Code on mobile app on YOUR phone: Campers, Vehicle Pass, Musicians & their guests, Vendors. Give wristbands and dash passes.

Direct to Park

(some shifts before performances start)

Assist drivers to know where to park. Requires walking them down the lot, sometimes. Assist with check-in. Make sure their dash pass is placed properly.

Requires ALERTNESS. Check for wristbands to enter and no prohibited items in or out. Advise about recycling. Must be willing to open bags and check for prohibited items and be comfortable with being assertive to ask those items be removed before entering.

Bluebird Shelter Green Room

(short shifts so you aren’t away from performances too long, plus hang with the artists)

Set up snacks, catering, water, and attend to whatever needs artists may have

Box Office

Check-in (in view of the stage)

Check in guests by scanning QR code on app on YOUR phone, give appropriate wristbands, and give and check in pre-ordered shirts. Sell new tickets. Must be competent with technology and pay attention to detail.

Merch (in view of the stage)

Organize festival merch, sell festival shirts using app on YOUR phone, and assist artists wth merch. Possibly help check in guests and sell new tickets. The last shift secures all merchandise and cash.
