SnowyGrass began as a free festival, originally conceived by Snowy Peaks Winery in 2016 and later carried forward with the same community-centered spirit. Over the years, production costs have grown — from sound, stage, and artist fees to insurance and logistics — and we introduced ticketing to help sustain the festival.
Although locals love free music, the festival can no longer be offered for free, and some families are unable to attend without support.
Our festival isn’t just about presenting great music; it’s about building community, creating shared experiences, and welcoming both longtime fans and those new to the genre. Sponsorship is essential to fund the festival — but its impact is multiplied when more people attend.

Neighbor Pass Program funded by sponsors

We are proud to introduce the Neighbor Pass Program — thoughtfully structured within our sponsorship tiers to ensure that your contribution not only supports the festival itself, but also enables local families and community members to attend who might otherwise be unable to.

We partner with local nonprofits and other appropriate organizations to help identify strong candidates to receive Neighbor Passes made possible through your sponsorship. Sponsors are also welcome to suggest a specific nonprofit, organization, or special group they would like us to work with for consideration.

Through your sponsorship, you’re helping us strike a balance: sustaining a vibrant festival while keeping it accessible, engaging, and meaningful for the entire Estes Park community.

What can you do with a reserved spot for your 10x10 Canopy?

You can host your own VIP tent! Some levels come with giveaway tickets. Invite Clients and give them a VIP treatment!

While there is space for non-sponsors to put up a tent, the Sponsor reserved locations have a good view of the stage (towards the back) with little obstruction and are ASLO positioned so people can walk by and check out any promotional merchandise you want to sell or giveaway. Brochures too.
