Arriving at the Fest

Coming from Hwy 36, turn onto Community Drive. You will see ball fields on the East side of the street. That's where you want to turn into.

The Rodeo will be happening simultaneously on the West side of the street, creating lots of traffic and tight parking.

You will see a small, white tent with metal fencing extending out either side, and a large festival banner hung there. Please check in with the volunteer to receive a parking tag that allows you to park in the artist parking area, or continue slowly through the park on a path to load into the stage area.

When possible, the volunteer will radio to another volunteer driving a RZR 4x4 or Golf Cart to guide you around. If you have played the festival before, that won't be necessary.

You can stop at the Bluebird Shelter and see what hospitality is at Camp Whan (the green room experience generously provided by Doc and Joyce Whan behind the shelter.)

Try to take as few cars to load in as possible. You will park on a strip of grass on the other side of the sidewalk.

Please get your wristbands from the box office ASAP so our volunteers immediately know your access permissions. You can pick up wristbands for guests or allow them to check in upon arrival.

Alcohol on the Premises and other items

You will be provided with 2 drink tickets per musician per set to be redeemed at the festival bar (main bar or Bluebird Shelter bar).

Camp Whan will have some snacks and drinks.

During bar hours at the Bluebird Shelter, alcohol cannot cross between the 2 places.

Alcohol cannot traverse between the main festival area and the Bluebird Shelter. No outside alcohol may be brought into either area during bar hours. If you have something to bring in, you may leave it at Camp Whan to either share or keep for yourself when specified.

Please remember that, though marijuana is legal in Colorado, it is not legal to smoke it in public. Your discretion is much appreciated.
