Checking in for Admission (not workshops) + Sales

Friday - Sunday

Please the TicketSignup app on your phone

You may look at the app now, but DO NOT check anyone in. You will use this app to check in via QR Code or name look-up. Please encourage people who wish to purchase tickets to use the QR code that links to tickets. The only reason you should need to sell from the app is for people who want to pay with cash or if they are just not good with technology. We will get walkups who want to purchase.

If you are working in tandem with someone in the booth, one person can check in and one person can find the right wristbands and assist with putting them on.

People will likely ask you festival related questions. Where things are. Please acquaint yourself with where things are located such as food trucks, bar, restrooms. Please think up questions you think people might want to ask and then send those questions so we can be ready. Ther is no outside alcohol allowed in or any unsealed liquids. Food is allowed in. No weapons are allowed. No alcohol may be taken out. This goes for artists as well. Nadine is the worst about walking out with a drink. Watch her!

While there is a Security person designated near the entrance, it will be your responsibility to only allow artists, guests of artists, press, or volunteers through the artist entranced to back stage.

You can direct vendors to set up by accessing the FRONT of the fencing where they set up, and NOT in the artist entry path. This path should be kept clear for golf carts, as well.

  1. Carefully assess which wristband to give. YOU ARE NOT CHECKING IN PARKING OR WORKSHOPS.

  2. You may sell tickets via Credit Card through the Square reader or Cash. Please encourage guests to purchase online instead. Venmo is not encouraged here, but it is possible if there is no other option. Close out the sale as cash.

  3. Aritsts, Guests, Press, and Volunteers (ALL Access) may enter a pathway along the ballfield fence. VIP only must enter by the Bar.

  4. NO alcohol may be carried in the path or may exit --even by artits or festival management. Please keep us on track.
